This is a garage supergroup of sorts as all of the members have been involved with bands/musicians of note. Lead guitarist Eddy C Best played with Stiv Bators in a late edition of the Dead Boys as well as appearing on some of Stiv’s solo work. Bassist Vic Gerard has played with Davie Allen as well as Venture Nokie Edwards. Drummer John Dorn played in The Beatosonics with the now legendary producer Jim Diamond. And last but certainly not least, lead vocalist and guitarist Brendan ‘Wig’ Kibble played in the ‘80s Australian garage band the Bam Balams, releasing several records. Combined, this foursome make some mighty fine sounding ‘60s styled garage rock with lots of hooks and familiar chord patterns that get stuck in your head. Definitely pop oriented garage, but the guitar solos have enough of a sting to give the songs a much harder edge. These guys call Austin Texas home. (Dave O’Halloran)
